Operations Manager - process improvement (Anchorage, AK)

Bright Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Anchorage region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
