Operations Manager - process improvement (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Albuquerque, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our process improvement. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
