Operations Manager - process improvement (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be process improvement. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
