Operations Manager - process improvement (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Quarry Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Albuquerque. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on process improvement. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
