Operations Manager - process improvement (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Amber Manufacturing is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on process improvement for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
