Operations Manager - field inspection scheduling (Madison, WI)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services employs more than 1,000 inspectors and technicians who test welds, pipelines and building systems across the Midwest. We are hiring a contract operations manager in Madison to improve how field jobs are scheduled. What you will do • Manage the daily schedule of inspectors, equipment and travel. • Work with clients on job timing and with technicians on certifications. • Track utilisation and find ways to reduce idle time and rework. What we are looking for • Four or more years in field-service operations or dispatch. • Calm under pressure and good with numbers. Contract for a year, on site in Madison.
