Operations Manager - dealer parts network (Chicago, IL)

Clearpath Summit Auto Group is a group of independent automotive parts dealers that buy together. We need a part-time operations manager to keep orders flowing between our 40 member dealers and eight suppliers. Responsibilities • Review daily purchase orders and chase suppliers on late shipments. • Reconcile monthly rebates and settle them with each dealer. • Improve the shared ordering spreadsheet so it stops breaking every month-end. About you • Experience in parts distribution, procurement or dealership operations. • You stay steady when three dealers are asking about the same delayed part. This is a part-time role, about 20 hours a week, and can be done remotely from the Chicago area.
