Operations Manager - client delivery (remote, based near Columbus, OH)

Bluepeak Yarrow Legal Group builds case management software for small law firms and needs a contract operations manager to keep customer implementations on track. This role is remote, and suits someone based near Columbus. What you will do • Oversee the schedule for new-customer onboarding and data migration. • Coordinate our support, training and engineering teams so promises made in sales are kept. • Track delivery metrics and lead a short weekly review. What we are looking for • Three or more years managing operations or client delivery, ideally in software or professional services. • Very organised and calm when plans change. Contract for eight months, fully remote.
