Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Quill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills.
