Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Quarry Health runs clinics and patient services around Spokane. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
