Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Seattle, WA)

Rivermark Rowan Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Seattle, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
