Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Ashton Health runs clinics and patient services around Savannah. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
