Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in San Antonio. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills.
