Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (remote)

Westbrook Stone Care Services is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
