Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (remote)

Stonegate Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
