Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (remote)

Bluepeak Hollow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Tucson with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
