Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Care Services is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
