Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Health Group is a healthcare provider in Birmingham with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
