Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (remote)

Nova Drift Care Services supports families and individuals in Dallas with personal care and coordination, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
