Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Seattle, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. You would join a large organisation of about 422 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
