Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Silverline Birch Care Services and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be scheduling and referrals. You would join a large organisation of about 886 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
