Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Rowan Health is a healthcare provider in Providence with clinics and support teams, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Providence. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
