Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Stone Health runs clinics and patient services around Portland. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
