Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be scheduling and referrals. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
