Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rowan Health Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be scheduling and referrals. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
