Lumen Union Health Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification.
