Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
