Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Omaha, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
