Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
