Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Quill Health is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
