Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
