Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
