Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Care Services Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be scheduling and referrals. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Miami. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
