Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Memphis, TN)

Nova Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Memphis. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
