Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Madison, WI)

Nova Union Health is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people based in Madison. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification.
