Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Health Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be scheduling and referrals. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
