Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Forge Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Knoxville. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
