Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Birch Care Services Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience.
