Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification.
