Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Denver, CO)

Bright Union Health provides primary and specialty care in Denver. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. You would join a large organisation of about 536 people based in Denver. What you will do • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
