Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Harbor Care Services provides in-home and community support in Denver, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
