Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Dallas, TX)

Nova Drift Care Services provides in-home and community support in Dallas, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
