Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Wren Care Services is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
