Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Health and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be scheduling and referrals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
