Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in Cincinnati with personal care and coordination, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
