Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
