Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Care Services Group and adding a Medical Assistant whose main responsibility will be scheduling and referrals. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Prepare and label specimens. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
