Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Yarrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charlotte. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to take on scheduling and referrals. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills.
