Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Boise, ID)

Nova Meridian Health is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams, and we need a Medical Assistant to lead our scheduling and referrals. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare and label specimens. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. What we are looking for • Warm, discreet and dependable. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. Nice to have • Phlebotomy certification. • Spanish language skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
