Medical Assistant - scheduling and referrals (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark West Care Services Group is looking for a Medical Assistant. The job centres on scheduling and referrals for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule follow-ups, referrals and prior authorisations. • Prepare and label specimens. • Keep exam rooms stocked and clean. • Room patients, take vitals and record histories. • Assist clinicians during exams and procedures. What we are looking for • Medical assistant training or equivalent experience. • Comfort with electronic health records. • Warm, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Spanish language skills. • Phlebotomy certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
